With our Wi-Fi using cloud SIM technology, you can switch SIMs on the server, which means that you will have a wide coverage of network from major Japanese telecom companies, allowing you to communicate in a wide range of areas.

Large Volume & High-Speed Communication

As cloud SIM technology manages multiple SIM cards on a server, it is easy to switch SIM cards. If one SIM card reaches the data usage limit and drops the speed, it can be switched to a new SIM card, enabling large volume & high-speed communications. * If you have used a large amount of data in a short period of time, reboot your WIFI device and you will be connected to the optimal SIM card.

Rest easy, knowing if you have problems with the device, we offer partial refunds. Please contact us and post back the items within 2 days from the start date. We issue a full refund when an order is cancelled 5 days or more prior to the start date. Cancellations made later will receive a partial refund. FAQ

What happens if I use up my data allowance? Please be aware that exceeding 300GB in a month can result in a loss of speed.
Do I need to return the Pocket WiFi? Yes, our pocket Wifi is a rental item, and it needs to be returned. Please put the pocket Wifi, the AC adapter, and the USB Cable in the prepaid return envelope we provide, and drop it into the mailbox anywhere in Japan by the midnight of the return date. No return fee.
How do I set up the Wifi? Turn on the WiFi unit by pushing the power button for about 3 seconds
Select the SSID and Enter Password we provide
Can I cancel my reservation? We issue a full refund when an order is cancelled before 5 days or more prior to the start date(Pick up date). There are some charges for the cancellation made later than that.
